Service of the Relation with the Society
The manager directs the service of the relation with the society. The manager ensures the inform
of the society about the current processes in the tourism academy. The rector appoints and dismisses on the position the manager of the relation with the society;
1. The competence of the manager of the relation with the society are;
A) The planning and organizing of the measures of the different kind, which will contribute the popularization of the tourism academy;
B) To ensure of inform of the wide sections of the society about the measures passed in the tourism academy. Which contains the installation of textual as photo material on official web-page of the tourism academy of the information about the passed measures;
C) The organizational ensuring of briefings, press-conferences and of the meetings of the different type;
D) The systematic renew of the official web-page together with web-page;
2. Creation-production renew of the information Bank:
A) About the different representation of accredited Embassies, Consulates, foreign countries;
B) About the structure and programs of the supreme college leading foreign countries;
C) The memorandum of the agreements of the collaboration with the foreign supreme establishments.
The establishment of the partner relations with the establishments of the instructive of the profile of the foreign countries;
Organizing of the reception, of the meeting of the foreign guests, the elaboration-realization of the working and cultural programs.
The manager of the relation with the society takes the duty before the service of the ensuring of the rector and the quality;
