The rector appoints and dismisses the chief of the management service of the human resources on the position.The branch of the main activity of the management service of human resources is organizing, the coordination and control of the works communicated with the management of the human resources of the tourism academy.
- The main functions of the management service of the human resources are:
A) The arrangement of the necessary documentation for formation of the contracts with academic, administrative and auxiliary staff/ for appointing on the position, for transferring on other position and dismissing and their presentation to the rector:
B) The production of the personal cases of the staff, the arrangement, the keeping conformably to the established rule;
C) To draw up and analysis of the current and periodical statistic accounts of the employed staff;
D) The monitoring of the staff;
E) The propagation of the information on the possibilities of the elevation and change of the qualification and requirement on the staff, the searching of the necessary specialists and the attraction at the work;
F) By helping of the juridical service, the presentation of the projects of the order on the staff questions and the presentation for the rector;
G) The chief of the management service of the human resources within limits of its competence takes the duty before the rector of the tourism academy and of sub-rector/ of the chief of the administration (chancellery).

C) Standard of the declaration-application of the employers;
The chief of the management of the human resources establishes also the complete list of those documents, which are necessary, for presenting as academic as generally the employers of the tourism academy; The chief of the management of the human resources helps all structural units of the tourism academy in the selection of the staffs: Declares the competition, participates in the selection of CV, is the secretary of the competition commission sessions, assists the interview of the candidates and develops the registration bases of the employers in the beginning of each month supplies to the accountant the information about released employers and new coming persons.
